Funny how when I look in the mirror these days, I notice fine lines of the eyes. A little 'stable meat hanging my jaw line and brown spots on my otherwise relatively free of skin imperfections. Ahhh. Middle age. Gravity. Characters.
Taking care of your face, especially when approaching thirty years old (to say nothing of forty or fifty something!)-Ranks up there with flossing at night and frequent showers.Just washed the skin is a virtue and a sign of health and vitality. Rosy-colored cheeks always win over a pale complexion, as well as brilliant, sparking eyes and clear brush their teeth. In reality, the impact can be physical attractiveness, cleanliness and vitality, denied in our culture, as well as around the world. Research in Social Psychology suggests that we take for granted that physically attractive people are friendlier, more and more popular, smarter, richer and "put together". Calledthe "physical attractiveness stereotype" with the pros, are defined the idea that physically attractive people have socially desirable characteristics. And a good face is the first step in this direction.
Ok sir. The first step: Develop a beauty treatment. All women have some kind of beauty regime daily. This has nothing to do with your natural beauty and bone structure or genetic luck or bad luck. It has everything to do with simple but excellent daily careHabits and to help a specific therapy to ensure maximum attraction. More specifically, a plan for daily care of your skin, hair and nails. Who would not want to keep someone in deep respect, your skin clean, clear and bright, glossy hair, eyes and hair, white teeth and nails strong? These are the characteristics of good health and vitality and a disciplined life!
The next step: Take a personal inventory. Your hair is clean and shiny? Do you regularly shampoo? Did not applyRegular hot oil treatments? Do you get regular cuts and color? Your hair is attractive? Is now? Are the teeth clean and cavity-free? Both are brushing and flossing regularly? Do you have a regular program of dental cleaning? It should be noted braces or whitening? Are your beautiful nails? If they are strong and the rose? They must be well designed? Keep them shiny? Otherwise, look healthy and strong? How about your toenails? Do you often have to lotions and salts inkeep them soft and smooth? And your complexion? It is clear, clean and smooth? It is weakened, it worked well? I remember that expensive skin care products are often overrated. Attention expensive packaging and advertising, makeup and skin care manufacturers and marketing experts are in selling "hope in a bottle", a concept to be built on the Revlon fortune. Regardless of what you have put the wind in your faceand skin, remember that the skin absorbs everything with all my heart! Avoid petroleum (like Vaseline) or mineral oil, if possible. Take the time to do each day, the routine that works for you and that leaves you feeling positively wonderful. Strong and well fed.
Research shows study after another, people see themselves as physically attractive happier. They usually appear in a self confidence and a happier outlook. Maintaining a good skin careand care, in general, and smile in the world.
Skincare Favorite Mom's Rocket:
• Dr. Bronner's Castile Soap Natural is my favorite for over twenty years. Soft enough for baby skin, are environmentally safe and heavenly scent. Nothing is so beautiful, and after an hour long swim or workout as hard as a heater with Dr. Bronner's Peppermint Soap shower. Nothing.
• Marseille olive oil is the only thing I use to wash my face. Statewith it, seemingly forever. E 'for hundreds of years and is completely organic. Sold in bars, is like pure gold to me. Buy online, in a large pharmacy or L'Occitane.
Costa Rica • lava, mud packs. Okay. Sounds hokey. But is The Best Damn Thing I ever recall in my face, all natural lotions and, of course, the above-mentioned French olive oil soap. Wash your face with warm water and scrub gently with a towel. Apply organic CostaRico mud on his face, is very green! And let dry. Hold down for about half an hour or so. Spots are for the time you wash them immediately. Amazing. Completely natural. Look online. I know it sounds like I am a bona fide tree-hugger, and frankly, if I were on a desert island and had only two things on my face, would be my soap and my mud of the rain forest (particularly amusing as those I can not describe me as "naturalGirl "... but in reality they are the best-est of the best!
• Kiehl's is the epitome of simplicity and purity. This line of all natural skin care offers easy-on-the-face match ingredients with a relatively digestible price tag. Buy their products in the area of New York City or on the Internet. This is my personal favorite. Extremely difficult to beat.
• Arbonne skin care from Switzerland. Swiss origin, but American made, these products have been in our demo-DERocket Mom Society's annual meeting last night. We are all hanging in my bathroom, while Joan glorious applied to all natural skin care consultants, fruit and vegetable cream on our faces just washed. Regenerating salt is my favorite. If you are interested, I'm glad in a way that can happen to you live from where you are in order.
• Burt's Bees is a damn good product at a very reasonable price. Some of their order is better than others. I love the carrot seedFacial mist. Should be the make-up bag every mother rocket on the face of the planet. A thin layer of moisturizer gently misting the face with the sweet scent of carrot seed. Divine.
Why not get me via e-mail with your personal favorites, too? There are many things there, sometimes it is difficult to sift through the chaos. As always, it is simpler, the better. If you are a winner, keep it regardless of the latest fashion beauty products. Pay as littlepossible. Stay fresh and clean. And keep it green.
